The 22 years old french multi-instrumentalist Nicolas Willot has been rocked by music since he was very young, and was introduced to it by learning how to play the tuba, the trumpet and the piano.
He was 16 when he bought his first guitar and immediately fell in love with the instrument, which led him to explore the very roots of rock music.
Thanks to bands like Pink Floyd, Supertramp, or Electric Light Orchestra, and to the psychedelic era from the 60s led by the Beatles and the Doors - among others - he began to develop a special interest for progressive songs.
It is only after discovering more contemporary artists such as Skinshape, Dirty Art Club, or Allah Las (who clearly share the same inspirations) that he started to work on his own project : Clair Obscur, a progressive rock record.
